Wild Mushroom Pate with local oatcakes
Stalkers Pie (made with local venison)
Kedgeree (local haddock and eggs - invented by a Scot!)
Winter Vegetable Casserole (all traditional Scottish vegetables)
Clootie Dumpling with Custard
and another sweet lighter than the dumpling!
